A centuries-old building

The building is the former Cosme Palacio winery, retaining its original structure.  It was used for winemaking until 1970.

The bedrooms are built on top of the old fermentation tanks and the hundred-year-old cellars are on the lower ground floor.

La Casa

A magical place. It has a central gallery with the former tanks where the wine used to be made built into the walls. There is an enormous room which is home to the old cellars, used until 1977, with six-barrel galleries.
